From start to finish, we were extremely satisfied with Joe, Renee and the whole team at FoodSpace.
I came on a little late to the project, but from the initial meeting where I met Joe, he was very open to all of my requests and
helped advise me as we navigated through the design and construction process of our latest buildings’ kitchens.
Joe and Renee were on our weekly calls and met all deadlines that we had established to bring us to completion.
I was particularly impressed with the after construction care that they provided. Renee did all the punch walks, equipment burn in and
organized equipment training as well as helped manage and navigate the whole permitting process.
I cannot recommend FoodSpace enough if you are considering a new build and will do so to all of my colleagues in the bay area.
Thanks to them, we have a wonderful state of the art facility that rivals some of the best restaurants in the business, one
that I am proud to have as part of our HQ operation.
